Last month, the city provided vocational training for 4,052 laborers, raising the number of trained laborers in Jan-August to 26,151, contributing to increase the trained labor rate to 75.2 percent.
In this period, the city also has made efforts to take good care of local policy beneficiaries and revolutionary contributors. Particularly, it spent more than VND8.4 billion for over 4,600 revolutionary contributors. Besides, some 20,000 other people got monthly allowance totaling VND10.3 billion.
