Vedan VN and Taichung Veterans General Hospital get certificates of merit

(ĐN) – On August 6, Vice Chairman Nguyen Quoc Hung of Dong Nai provincial People's Committee received and worked with Vedan Vietnam General Director Yang Kun Hsiang and Director Hsu Hui Heng of Taichung Veterans General Hospital.

Over the past seven years, Vedan Vietnam has cooperated with the Veterans General Hospital’s doctors to provide free healthcare to more than 14,000 poor people in Dong Nai.

This month, the hospital sent 18 doctors and nurses to offer free medical check-ups and medicines to needy people in Cam My, Tan Phu and Dinh Quan districts.

Vice Chairman highly appreciated Taichung Veterans General Hospital and Vedan VN’s efforts to actively participate in local social activities over the past years.

On this occasion, Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee awarded certificates of merit to Taichung Veterans General Hospital, Vedan VN and Mr Yang Kun Hsiang and Mr Hsu Hui Heng for their contributions to socio-charity activities in the province.
