Over 2,000 needy people get free healthcare

(ĐN) - On August 7, Vedan Vietnam in cooperation with Taichung Veterans General Hospital provided free medical check-ups and medicines to 700 poor residents and ethnic minority people in Dinh Quan district.

(ĐN) - On August 7, Vedan Vietnam in cooperation with Taichung Veterans General Hospital provided free medical check-ups and medicines to 700 poor residents and ethnic minority people in Dinh Quan district.

According to plan, the delegation will offer free healthcare to needy people in Tan Phu and Cam My districts on next two days. It's estimated that more than 2,000 people will get benefits from the program.

On this occasion, Vedan VN also presented more than 2,000 gifts to the patients.

This is an annual social activity of Vedan VN to help people with difficult circumstances to get good healthcare. Over the past eight years, the program provided free healthcare to over 16,000 people in the province with a total cost of more than VND16 billion.
