(ĐN) – Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee has recently issued the Decision No. 2616 / QD-UBND on approving a social housing project in Long Khanh city’s Bao Vinh ward.
According to the Decision, Thanh Thang Construction Design Consulting Company will be assigned as the investor to deploy a 16.7 hectares-social housing project with total investment of around VND548 billion in Bao Vinh.
Accordingly, as many as 1,054 apartments will be available in 2025 for low-income people and workers who are working and living in the locality.
