(ĐN)- Dong Nai Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA) and Long Khanh Labor Union recently organized a training course to provide skills on negotiation and signing labor collective agreements for businesses which have trade unions in the city.
At the event, 85 participants who are staff and heads of trade unions of the businesses were provided skills on procedures on contact and negotiation with laborers.
The participants also discussed and gave suggestions on contact and negotiation with laborers, aiming to create harmonious labor relationships.
