(ĐN)- Heavy rain, accompanied by whirlwinds, uprooted many trees and blew off the roofs of many houses in Phu Ngoc commune, Vinh Cuu district on May 4.
It broke electricity poles and lines, making a power cut on large scale.
Local authorities and related agencies have sent forces to the spots to help affected residents deal with aftermaths and soon stabilize their lives.
