On May 20, the provincial Post Office in collaboration with Dong Nai Red Cross Association launched the Humanitarian Fund boxes on its agencies to collect funds for humanitarian activities.
During the month, the Office will also collaborate with relevant agencies to launch an SMS donation campaign via the phone number 1407.
Earlier, on May 19, the provincial Red Cross Association in cooperation with Dong Nai Culture and Nature Reserve upgraded Ma Da high and secondary school in Vinh Cuu district’s Ma Da commune with a total cost of over VND100 million. On this occasion, the association also presented 30 gifts worth VND450,000 each to poor students.
At the same day, the association awarded 25 scholarships valued at VND1 million each and 25 gifts to students with difficult circumstances at Nguyen Du secondary school and Tri An primary school in Vinh Cuu district.
