(ĐN) – The 2019 Summer Volunteer Campaign kicked off in Dong Nai on May 26, attracting some 20,000 young people.
The campaign will take place from May to August across the province.
With the theme of “Young volunteers for community”, this year’s campaign focuses on building new-style rural areas, social and charitable activities such as “paying debts of gratitude”, among others.
On this occasion, Dong Nai Youth Union handed over outdoor play areas and a library to schools in Bien Hoa city, awarded 50 scholarships worth VND1 million each to poor youths.
