(ĐN) - On April 21, Dong Nai provincial Youth Union and Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs held a ceremony to honor 233 students for their efforts both in study and life.
On this occasion, 14 collectives and individuals donated more than VND240 million to the “Loving candles” scholarship program, launched by the Union and Department in March 2018.
Over the past year, the program raised VND270 million to award scholarships to 133 studious poor students across the province.
