The contest is jointly organized by Dong Nai Union of Science-Technology Associations, Dong Nai Newspaper, the provincial Department of Science and Technology, the provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the provincial Department of Transport, the provincial Department of Industry and Trade, the provincial Department of Finance, the provincial Department of Health, the provincial Department of Construction, Dong Nai province's Industrial Zone Authority, the province's Labor Confederation, the province's Youth Union and Dong Nai Radio-Television Station.
The jury board has decided to award 2 second, 5 third, 11 consolation prizes to outstanding individuals and collectives. The award ceremony will be held on March 15.
