(ĐN)- Deputy Minister Tran Thanh Nam of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural has recently presided over a meeting to recognize Bien Hoa city, Tan Phu and Dinh Quan districts in Dong Nai province as new-style rural areas.
Vice Chairman Vo Van Chanh of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee attended the event.
Accordingly, all district-level units in the province have been recorgnized as new rural areas so far.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Tran Thanh Nam highly appreciated efforts made by three localities to meet criteria on new rural area construction. He suggested the districts and Bien Hoa city to complete their documents to submit to the Prime Minister for approval.
