(ĐN)- Thong Nhat district Women’s Union has recently cooperated with Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs' Association offered no-interest loans to 15 disabled people with difficult circumstances in the locality.
The loans, worth VND10 million each, aim to help the disabled people to overcome difficulties, develop production and integrate into community.
