The institute will research issues related to education, psychology, applied psychology; supply psychological health services as well as apply education and psychology into real life.
In addition, the institute will also take part in activities of consultancy, criticizing and popularizing knowledge relating to psychology, transferring technology in psychology education, etc.
The institute will be directed by Doctor Trinh Hong Minh.
