(ĐN)- Trang Bom district’s Labor Union is planning to help local laborers better celebrate the upcoming Lunar New Year (Tet) festival, said Chairman Le Duc Thuy.
Accordingly, the union and its agencies will visit and present gifts to disadvantaged workers, organize two special art performances to welcome the coming Lunar New Year festival for workers who could not return home for Tet.
Particularly, it will give 1,300 gifts worth VND500,000 each to local workers, hold a get together for 200 families of poor workers, and hand over 300 free coach tickets for poor migrant workers to go back home for the Tet.
