(ĐN)- Over the past 11 months, the province’s health sector established inspection teams to conduct food safety checks at 211 food production and processing establishments in the locality, reported Dong Nai Department of Health.
Accordingly, 55 breaches of food safety and quality regulations were discovered with the total fine collected worth more than VND362.7 million.
In 2017, Dong Nai checked food quality and hygiene at 293 food establishments, of which 33 had broken the rules on food hygiene.
