(ĐN)- Dong Nai Red Cross Association’s delegation on October 31 began their eleven-day visit to flood-affected victims in northern mountainous provinces.
Accordingly, the delegation presented gifts totaling over VND770 million to residents in Son La, Lai Chau, Lao Cai and Yen Bai provinces where suffered the heaviest losses due to flash floods.
On November 7, the delegation also visited and donated VND200 million to six families in Yen Bai province’s Van Chan district who lost their houses after floods, presented food, notebooks and warm clothes to schools in Van Chan district.
