(ĐN)- A conference was held on November 27 to honour people with disabilities who manage to overcome their difficulties and become successful.
The event, held by Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs, aims to mark International Day of Persons with Disabilities (December 3).
In the coming time, the localities will send delegations to visit and present gifts to 513 disabled people.
Dong Nai is now home to more than 31,000 people with disabilities.
