(ĐN) - Dong Nai Red Cross Association has recently handed over five Red Cross houses to poor households in Xuan Loc, Cam My, Thong Nhat and Long Thanh districts.
These houses are built at a total cost of VND370 million, funded by local enterprises and sponsors.
Earlier, the association in cooperation with AJU Vietnam held a ceremony to inaugurate Song Ray preschool in Cam My district. The VND800 million project is financed by the AJU Vietnam.
In recent days, the association coordinated with CP Vietnam and Quan Am monastery to provide free medical check-ups and medicines and presented gifts to poor households and policy families in Thanh Son commune, Tan Phu district. In addition, it and Taekwang Vina gave 32 bicycles to disadvantaged students in Tan Phu district.
