The project is estimated at a total cost of VND3.1 billion; of the total, the Copion, a non-governmental organization in Korea, and LS Group funded VND1.7 billion, the remaining is financed by the district People’s Committee.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairwoman Bui Ngoc Thanh of DNUFO thanked the Copion and LS Group for their donations and hoped that the province will continue receive support from them.

On this occasion, the LS Group awarded 10 scholarships worth VND1 million to primary students and painted some classrooms at Xuan Tay primary school.
