(ĐN)- As many as 29 prisoners in Dong Nai will enjoy clemency or be released before their sentence is completed, announced the province’s Police Department.
The prisoners were granted sentence reduction from 3-9 months
The clemency is designed to encourage prisoners to refresh themselves so that they can return to society sooner than scheduled.
