(ĐN)- In the first 6 months of this year, Dong Nai provincial Red Cross Associaton spent VND79.1 billion for humanitarian aids and people healthcare, fulfilling 57 percent of the yearly plan.
The money was used to help poor families to develop household economy, provided free healthcare and meals to needy patients, presented gifts for policy families and single people inside and outside the province.
In this period, the association also collected more than 25,000 blood units.
