With the theme of “Renewal- Democracy- Solidarity-Responsibility”, the congress will review the activities of trade unions over the past 5 years, before devising orientations and tasks for the 2018 – 2023 period as well as elect a new executive board of the 10th provincial Trade Union for the 2018-2023 tenure and a delegation to attend the 12th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union.
The congress is considered an important political event for workers in the province. It will map out orientations, targets, tasks, solutions and the patriotic emulation movement among the working class and laborers for the 2013-2018 term.
