Particularly, Cam My district handed over 100 breeding cows totaling nearly VND3 billion to poor and near-poor households.
Long Khanh town also presented 20 breeding cows worth VND340 million to 13 difficult households in Xuan Tan, Hang Gon, Bau Tram, Bao Vinh and Bao Quang communes.
Dinh Quan district has provided capital support totaling nearly VND2.8 billion for 171poor households.
