On this occasion, Bien Hoa and Bien Hoa Dong branches of CEP Fund also donated over VND120 million to build and upgrade houses for households with difficult circumstances.
In 2018, the fund spent more than VND1.2 billion to grant 256 scholarships and build and upgrade 13 houses in the locality.
