(ĐN)- Heavy rains and whirlwinds destroyed and damaged 25 houses, devastated nearly one hectare of crops in Dinh Quan district over the past six months.
Accordingly, the district People’s Committee spent some VND35 billion to assist the affected families, and mobilized additional resources from the locality to help local residents rebuild their lives in the aftermath of the storms.
Of the total, more than VND13 billion came from local budget and over VND21 billion from the provincial budget.
