(ĐN)- On June 13, Vice President Truong Thi Ngoc Anh of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee had a working session with Dong Nai Fatherland Front Committee on the front work in the first half of this year.
Chairman Huynh Van Toi of Dong Nai Fatherland Front Committee welcomed the delegation.
Addressing at the session, Vice President highly appreciated efforts made by local front to promote the strength of the ‘great national unity bloc’ and urged the front to further strengthen its role and member organizations in taking care of and protecting the rights and the legitimate entitlements of the people.
Accordingly, the front should continue carrying out its role as both monitor and social critic while combining this with the need to enhance social consensus and expand people-to-people activities to increase solidarity. Improving its staff and methods of operation at all levels should be also implemented in the next half.
