(ĐN)- The poverty rate among blind people in Dong Nai has been dropped significantly over the past ten years as the visually-impaired people in the province have received loans, job training and job offers from the local authority.
Particularly, the province has given loans worth over VND7 billion to more than 1,000 visually-impaired people and provided jobs for others in the past time.
Besides this, thousands of visually impaired people have received vocational training courses. Many of them have operated their businesses successfully.
