Hiep extended the best wishes to Buddhist monks, nuns and followers on the important festival for Buddhists. She praised the contributions that Buddhist dignitaries and followers have made to the development of the province over the past time.
She expressed her hope that dignitaries, monks, nuns and Buddhist followers will continue building on the tradition of solidarity within the religion as well as advance with the province on the road to build a wealthy and happy locality.
Earlier, on May 25, Vice Chairman Bui Quang Huy of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee congratulated Buddhists on Lord Buddha’s 2562nd birthday while visiting the provincial Buddhist Shangha‘s Executive Board, Gia Lam Thien Sanh pagoda, Quoc An Kim Cang in Vinh Cuu district and Long Thien in Bien Hoa city.
