(ĐN)- In Jan-March, Dong Nai Children Sponsor Fund raised VND870 million from organizations and individuals to help nearly 1,300 disadvantaged children across the province.
Particularly, the fund donated to provide free surgeries to kids with heart diseases, assisted children with fatal diseases, offered free medical check-ups and medicines for 535 kids, presented more than 700 gifts to local children with difficult circumstances.
Moreover, the fund also cooperated with Generali Vietnam to award 30 scholarships worth VND1 million each to studious poor students.
