(ĐN) - Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee planed to provide VND420 billion loans for social house buyers and social housing project developers in the period of 2017-2020.
Of the total, VND300 billion will come from central and the remaining VND120 billion from local budget.
The province will keep preferential loan interest rate at 4.8 per cent for purchase, rent or hire of social housing projects.
