(ĐN)- The 6th council meeting of the program on developing human resources for manufacturing industry, funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), took place on March 3 at Lac Hong University.

The cooperation program was signed by Dong Nai province and Japan’s Kansai Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry and implemented in 2013. The first phase of the program ended last year.
In the second phase, Lac Hong University and Dong Nai High Technology College continued to receive fund for implementation.
Under the cooperation program, officials and lecturers of Lac Hong University and Dong Nai High Technology College will be sent to Japan for intensive training on teaching methods, implementing 3S/5S safety production program, building 3S/5S training program, safety labor program for two sample schools, building production imitation rooms and safety production practice rooms.
Meanwhile, Japan will send delegations of senior experts to directly exchange experience at these schools. Notably, many large enterprises operating in the province have provided their ideas for training program, taken part in training sessions, admitting students for apprenticeship and working at Japanese enterprises, etc.
