Accordingly, the delegation visited and presented Tet gifts to people at Bien Hoa city’s Blind Association, Dong Nai Orphanage and Disabled Children Center, Elderly and Disabled People Protection Center, Dieu Phap Pagoda and An Lac Shelter.
The delegation handed over cash, along with gifts totaling over VND400 million to disadvantaged people at these places. The money was donated by Taiwanese businesses operating in Dong nai province.
Wu Ming Ying, head of the association, said the move aimed at sharing difficulties with disadvantaged people in the province, helping them to enjoy warm and happy Tet.
