(ĐN)- As many as 35.7 million turns of vehicles traveled on expressways managed by the Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC) in 2017, including Cau Gie – Ninh Binh, Noi Bai – Lao Cai and Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressways, increasing 20 percent over the same period in 2016.

Accordingly, the HCM City- Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway has served 14 million turns of vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 6 percent, ranking first out of four expressways managed by VEC.
The HCM City- Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway is a life-line transport route which belongs to North-South expressway route.
As of 2017, the expressways have served over 111 million turns of vehicles.
