(ĐN)- According to Dong Nai Department of Natural Resources and Environment, some 1,652 tons of household garbage are discharged in the province everyday, and 1638 tons are collected to be treated, accounting of nearly 99 percent.

Localities with most household garbage in the province are Bien Hoa, Nhon Trach, Trang Bom, Xuan Loc and Long Thanh.
According to Dong Nai’ regulations, most of the collected household waste have to be treated and under 15 percent of the amount can be safety buried.
