(ĐN)- On December 16, more than 50 officials, employees and students from the provincial Military School in cooperation with Military Zone 7’s brigade 25 launched community activities in Dinh Quan district.
Particularly, the delegation helped locals to upgrade 5 km of rural traffic road in Phu Tan commune, repaired two classrooms at Hoa Cuc pre-school, built and handed over 8 gratitude and charity houses, provided free medical check-ups and medicines to needy people, gave 500 gifts to policy families, presented 20 bicycles and 50 scholarships to studious poor students and disabled children.
Total cost of the program estimated at more than VND1 billion. This is one of activities to mark the 73rd anniversary of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22).
