The program has been implemented at district-level labor unions and grassroots trade unions. Laborers who take part in program to buy goods at Mobivi’s shopping centers are provided with 100 percent of interest rate and they can defer payments from 3 to 6 months for products, including household electronic and electric products.
After three years of implementation, 48 grassroots trade unions with over 460,000 laborers have participated in the program.
