Earlier, Chairman handed 2,000 chicks, 21 goats, 4 tons of rice, and 2 tones of animal feed to more than 200 ethnic households in Ta Lai commune, Tan Phu district.
Total cost for the program estimated at over VND350 million, financed by the provincial Fund for the Poor, Thanh Binh Company and That Phu Co Temple in Hiep Hoa commune, Bien Hoa city.
