(ĐN) Xuan Loc district’s Red Cross Chapter in 2017 raised more than VND4.2 billion for urgent relief and humanitarian aids, and healthcare.
Particularly, the chapter provided relief and gave gifts totaling over VND2.6 billion to some 10,000 poor families, presented more than 7,000 gifts worth VND1.6 billion to policy families, AO/dioxin victims and poor students, built four charity houses for households with difficult circumstances, etc.
This year, the chapter mobilized VND237 million to help flood victims.
