Attending the ceremony was Secretary of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phu Cuong, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai and Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Hoa Hiep.
At the ceremony, Rector of Lac Hong University Do Huu Tai highlighted the achievements of the university after 20 years of construction and development. The university has so far been awarded 2 second-class Labor Medals, 6 third-class Labor Medals and a first-class Labor Medal.
LHU has won many high prizes at national and international contests, especially the top prize in Urban Concept vehicle category of Shell Eco-marathon Asia 2017, the seventh championship at the National Robot Contest and the second championship at the ABU Asia-Pacific Robot Contest.
Also at the ceremony, 11 collectives and 46 individuals were awarded certificates of merit from the provincial People’s Committee for their contributions to the university’s development.
