The Party cell has 36 members and Do Ngoc Thanh, headmaster of the school, is appointed as Secretary.
Truong Sa (Paracel) Junior High School was put into use in May. The four-storey school comprises 41 classrooms and some functional rooms. In the 2017-2018 school year, the school enrolled over 2,000 students. The school is home to 87 teachers and staff, including 2 MA-degree holders.
