At the ceremony, the organizers awarded 220 scholarships totaling VND340 million to poor and disabled students who achieved excellent results in study.
On this occasion, Bien Hoa city People’s Committee and Study Encouragement Association also honored 47 primary students and junior high school students who won prizes at national exams in the school year of 2016-2017.
