Secretary Nguyen Phu Cuong of the provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman Pham Ngoc Tuan of People’s Council, Vice Chairman Nguyen Quoc Hung of People’s Committee and Deputy General Director Nguyen Ngoc Tu of VBSP attended the event.

During the last 15 years, the branch provided preferential loans totaling VND5,229 billion to more than 504,623 poor households and policy beneficiaries, helping them to develop production, have jobs and stable their lives.
Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman Nguyen Quoc Hung highly appreciated efforts made by the branch in this period to contribute to reducing poverty, building new rural area, helping poor students continue their studies, solving jobs and improving living standard for locals. He stressed that the provincial People’s Committee would continue to coordinate with the branch in the coming time to care for the poor and make Dong Nai more civilized, prosperous and beautiful.
At the event, 387 collectives and individuals received certificates of merit for their contributions and efforts.
