Accordingly, the mobilizing board for establishing the Vietnam-China Friendship Association has 9 members and chaired by Deputy Head of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Communications and Education Bui Quang Huy while the mobilizing board for establishing the Vietnam-France Friendship Association has 8 members and chaired by Director of Dong Nai provincial Department of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Phuong Lan.
At the ceremony, heads of the mobilizing boards popularized principles and aims of the associations as well as call on citizens who used to study and live in China and France and those who have deep affection of France and China to join the associations.
