According to plan, the association’s delegation led by Chairwoman Do Thi Phuoc Thien will visit and present gifts to flood-affected residents in Yen Bai, Son La and Dien Bien on August 17.
As known, twenty six people were killed and five others were missing due to floods that occurred in the northern region of the country.
