The contents of labor collective agreements are brief which have lots of terms benefiting laborers, meeting the demand of laborers at the businesses, helping feel secure in working and close-knit to their companies.
In the fist 6 months of 2017, grass-root labor unions in Dong Nai have signed 77 labor collective agreements, bringing the total of labor collective agreement to 958, a yea-on-year increase of 4.1 percent.
