(ĐN)- On May 26, Long Khanh town’s Office of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs handed over 56 breeding goats to poor and near-poor households, ethnic minority families in the locality.
The goats totaling more than VND800 million, of which Dong Nai Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs donated VND450 million, the rest was contributed by the households.
This is part of the provincial project aiming to help poor households to improve their income, contributing to sustainable poverty reduction in 2017.
