(ĐN)- On May 15, Tran Hung Dao junior high school in Bien Hoa city organized a festival day of clay pig beating to raise fund for poor students.

(ĐN)- On May 15, Tran Hung Dao junior high school in Bien Hoa city organized a festival day of clay pig beating to raise fund for poor students.

At the event, the school mobilized some VND30 million from 70 clay pigs. The money will be used to award scholarships to its studious students and help local poor pupils continue their studies.

In the previous school year, the school raised more than VND40 million by mobilizing students and teachers to put money in their clay pigs. Accordingly, the school offered over 100 scholarships to outstanding poor students.
