Dong Nai has launched its new administrative center in Bien Hoa City where all provincial departments will be represented.
The administrative center, which sits on the sixth floor of the Sonadezi building near Vung Tau Intersection in An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City, is intended to improve citizens’ satisfaction with provincial public services.
Starting from Monday, residents and businesses will no longer have to commute between different headquarters to complete paperwork, as their documents can now be submitted to representatives of all 22 department-level authorities inside the same administrative center.
According to Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee, the center is its first step toward openness and transparency.
A comprehensive network established between the administrative center and headquarters of departments will expedite the processing of papers, as well as allow online submission of files and applications by Dong Nai residents.
The digitalization of administrative procedures also means that officials’ errors and violations can be traced back with ease.
