The university was also awarded certificate of merit from the Vietnam Physics Association. This is the best performance made by the university students over the past time.
The competition, the 20th of its kind, drew the participation of 44 teams with 300 students from universities nationwide.
The 21st will be held by Dong Nai University in 2018.
