(ĐN) The 2017 Youth Month kicked off at Tran Bien Temple of Literature on March 4, with the participation of hundreds of young people.
Accordingly, activities to be carried out in the month will focus on new rural areas construction, green environment, and climate change response, making the city cleaner, more modern and civilized.
On this occasion, Bien Hoa’s youth union awarded 40 scholarships worth VND500,000 each to students with difficult circumstances, handed over 44 sets of computers totaling VND290 million to local primary and junior high schools.
After the ceremony, the city’s young people cleaned streets and collected waste. They also visited and presented gifts to 10 policy families.
